There are hundreds of AI tools. Knowing which ones fit your business, your budget, and your actual working day is the hard part. That's what I do.
Every week there's a new tool that promises to change everything. Most founders have bought at least three of them. Set up two. Used one, twice.
The subscription isn't the expensive part, but the hours you won't get back are.
Building with AI now takes days, not years. That part is genuinely new. What hasn't changed: you still need to know what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone. That's not a technology problem. It's a judgment call. That's what I do.

Before we meet, I research your website: how it's performing, how it shows up in AI search, where it's losing you clients. In the 60-minute session we talk through your business, your goals, and what you've already tried with AI.
After the call, you get the Visibility Map: a written breakdown of your SEO, your AEO readiness, and exactly what to do to improve both. Yours to keep, no strings attached.
Book your Visibility MapA research document built around your business: which AI tools are right for your objectives, how your competitors are using AI, and whether to build, buy, or rent each one.
Most founders are drowning in tool options and vendor noise. The Opportunity Map cuts through it. You get a clear, prioritised view of what to actually adopt, and why.
You keep it regardless of what happens next.
Once you know where to start, I can help you get there. Implementation, agent builds, tool configuration: done with you, handed over to you.
I learned AI the same way most business owners are trying to right now, around a full life. Full-time work, building a business, raising a toddler. Which meant I got very interested, very quickly, in tools that solved real problems instead of creating more noise.
My background isn't technology. Everything that prepared me for this came from somewhere else entirely. Corporate law taught me precision and how to find what's actually at stake in a complex situation. Five years at Commonwealth Treasury taught me how to work within strict guardrails and still make a real call. Before all of that, I built and scaled a tutoring business, working with students with learning disabilities for six years. No AI, no shortcuts: just finding the approach that worked for each person.
That's still how I work.
Here's what a { I BUILT THIS COZ } looks like. The name at the top would be yours. So would the workflows in the rows. So would the number at the bottom.

I built this because my client had 40 meetings in Singapore and wanted to spend his evenings in the city, not writing summaries.
The other problem: all his pre-research lived in his head. Company backgrounds, deal history, things half-remembered from emails. Nothing structured, nothing findable.
I built him a tool before he left. Every contact pre-researched and surfaced in one place. Notes captured on the spot. CEO report in one tap. Stored locally, no privacy risk.
Not a software project. An AI agent, custom skills, one specific person's problem. Built in a weekend.
